In the Hotel's restaurant you can already start delighting your palates from the early morning watching the sunrise over the magnificent peaks of the surrounding Dolomites. A rich buffet breakfast awaits you with fresh seasonal fruit, homemade cakes and healthy natural smoothies; furthermore on our Egg Menu you can choose from tasty omelettes, pancakes or crêpes, freshly cooked.
The Hotel's cuisine will satisfy your taste buds both at lunch and dinner, focusing on genuine ingredients and tasty carefully prepared dishes: we combine traditional alpine flavours with the best of Italian traditional cooking, taking care to focus on the substance and richness of the dishes, without neglecting their inviting presentation. You will find typical dishes from the Dolomites, like wild game, porcini mushrooms, unique and spiced local cheeses, as well as Mediterranean flavours in the eggplant parmigiana, the burrata cheese and the Sicilian oil.
All accompanied and enriched by a wine menu that well represents both the excellence of our area as well as the whole Italian territory.
